About Sheerline
A company built and run by the thing it sells.
Sheerline builds agent teams that take over real, bounded pieces of operational work — end to end, the way you'd hire someone to own it, except this one runs around the clock and stops for your approval on anything that matters. Today, that's customer support: a bot that answers your customers' questions using your own knowledge, so your team only sees the ones that actually need a person. Customer success is next. Sheerline itself is built and run by a small team of AI agents directed by one founder — the same architecture it sells.
The vision
We build agent teams that take over real, bounded pieces of operational work — not a dashboard that shows you the work, not a copilot that drafts something for you to finish, but an agent that does the task and hands you a finished result. Customer support and customer success are two places we'll do that. Neither one is the company. The company is: hire an agent team to run a piece of your operation, the way you'd hire a person to own it, except this "person" works around the clock, never forgets a step, and stops for your approval at anything that actually matters. We intend to prove that, function by function, starting with customer support.
We run on the same architecture we sell
Sheerline the company is built and run by a small team of AI agents, directed by one founder. Each agent wakes up, does one bounded piece of work, and hands it off — the same pattern we sell. Anything consequential — sending a message, spending money, publishing something public, changing an account — stops for the founder's sign-off before it happens. We built the company this way before we sold anyone a workflow, because it's the only way we'd trust selling it to you.
Today, the vision is one product: a support bot that answers from what your team already knows.
